Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and WEIR Labs (“WEIR”, “we”, “us”) for your use of weirapp.io, the WEIR API, the MCP endpoint and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or located in a country or region where the Service is prohibited.

WEIR currently runs only on the Arc test network. Test USDC has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Test networks can be reset, paused or changed at any time, and balances or history may be lost. Features may change or be removed while the Service is in testing. We will publish updated terms before WEIR supports real funds.

WEIR is software that lets AI agents hold and send USDC within limits and approval rules you control. Agent wallets are created and operated through Circle's Developer-Controlled Wallets service, and WEIR submits transactions on your instructions and within your policies.

WEIR is not a bank, exchange or investment adviser, and nothing in the Service is financial, legal or tax advice.

• You sign in with Google or a passkey. Keep your Google account and devices secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions approved with your passkeys.
• Tell us right away at support@weirapp.io if you believe your account, a device, an API key or a connected app has been compromised.

• When you connect an AI app (such as Claude or ChatGPT), you authorize it to use the agents and permissions you select. Requests it sends within that grant are treated as your instructions.
• AI apps can misunderstand instructions or make mistakes. Spending limits, allowlists and passkey approvals reduce risk but do not guarantee that every payment is what you intended. Set limits you are comfortable with and review activity regularly.
• You can revoke a connected app, API key or passkey at any time from your dashboard.

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. Check recipient addresses carefully.
• Network fees are paid from the agent's wallet.
• We may refuse, delay or block a transaction to follow your policies, screen for sanctions or fraud, protect the Service, or comply with the law.
• We cannot reverse a confirmed transaction or recover funds sent to the wrong address.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for anything illegal, including fraud, money laundering or evading sanctions;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to break the security of the Service or other users' accounts;
• access the Service by automated means beyond the API and MCP endpoint we provide, or exceed rate limits;
• reverse engineer the Service to find or exploit vulnerabilities (report them to us instead);
• infringe anyone's rights or misrepresent your identity.

Keep API keys and access tokens secret. We may limit request rates, and we may revoke keys or tokens that are misused or exposed.

The Service is free while it runs on testnet. If we introduce fees, we will tell you in advance and you can decide whether to continue.

The Service relies on third parties, including Circle, Google, the Arc network and the AI apps you connect. Their own terms apply to your use of their services, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

WEIR and its software, design and brand belong to WEIR Labs. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You keep ownership of the information you provide; you allow us to use it only to operate and improve the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, especially while it runs on testnet. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WEIR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or digital assets. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

You agree to defend and indemnify WEIR against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or instructions sent by your agents or connected apps within the permissions you granted.

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place where WEIR Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the law of your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived.
